As Tim Keller said, this is an important book. I’m afraid that most traditional pastors won’t read it because they either have no interest or have dismissed the emergent stream altogether. What Deep Church is about is taking the best things from the traditional stream AND the emergent stream and making a third way that is deeply spiritual, very biblical and culturally relevant. Not possible you say? Read the book. It really is that good.

If you are a traditional pastor, have an open mind and be willing to explore new ideas. If you are in the emergent stream, don’t throw the baby out with the bath water.
